Sheybani acts for both residential and real estate property owners as both the purchaser and vendor and other property disputes. We have licensed conveyancers we utilise to perform all transactional works related to the purchase or sale of land, contract drafting and advice pursuant to the Conveyancing Act 1919 (NSW) and the Real Property Act 1900 (NSW).

In addition, we have experience in acting for both the mortgagee and mortgagor in transactional and litigious dealings. These include interest rate disputes, land ownership entitlements, trustee sale applications, mortgage enforcement and judicial possession of land applications both at common law and equity.
